Administrator can't see creator's entries

    I’ve already checked the “Allow administrators to edit all entries. Will add an ‘Edit Your Entry’ field to the Single Entry View. “, but when logged in as Administrator, I can’t even see the entries submitted by other users in the directory.
    I can view them in Gravity forms’ entry management.
