Hey guys,
I have two issues: One is the double form submission, the other is my custom fields not being submitted.
Quick background: I’m certified as (Adv Admin, Dev 401, Sales Consultant, Service Consultant) Have my own Joomala site. But yes I fall victim to the ID-10-T error so I’m just double checking on this.
I understand it I need to put the API name in the Admin Label under the advance tab: http://screencast.com/t/sWMJaEgE3
I’ve done however the data is not coming over to salesforce.com, thoughts?
I am having a similar problem with a slight twist. Sometimes the custom field does not send the data to Salesforce at all, other times it replaces the “state” field in the standard address block.
I have tried different field names, deleting and recreating fields on both the Gravity Forms and Salesforce side and the problem continues. Frankly, I’m baffled.
I am having the same problem. Any insight would be appreciated, as we are trying to launch our new site, with this feature, but this is holding us up.
Hello, we are having a similar issue as well. Information is coming into salesforce for some of the fields we have set up, but not all. The data for the title and description are not pulling, but everything else, including custom fields are. Thoughts?
