help !!!!
February 2, 2013 at 7:15 am #5298I cannot reach them either. Apparently they are no longer on the wunderground website, or at least in the same place.
February 3, 2013 at 1:39 pm #5300Yes I agree. The graphics have all gone.
Hopefully there’s an easy fix!
Not sure if I sure get to work removing this plugin. I don’t want to … it’s very nice.
Look forward to getting some feedback.
Thanks.
February 3, 2013 at 2:41 pm #5301The graphics on the Wunderground server have been moved.
The plugin needs an update.
If you change to your own graphic set it still works.
February 4, 2013 at 1:28 am #5302thanks andrewb

February 4, 2013 at 3:53 am #5303Hi
I’ve found a way to get it working again by hosting the graphics on my own server.
It requires one simple line of code change to the plugin.
Hopefully the author will issue an update soon.
It’s probably not right for me to publish the change detail on here.
Cheers
AndrewB
February 4, 2013 at 4:22 am #5304perhaps i need to delete the plugin and simply reload it
would that work ?
February 4, 2013 at 7:14 am #5305It depends if the author of the plugin has updated the code recently to revise image locations.
If they have then downloading the latest version would fix the problem. However I can see no update in the log referring to this issue.
As this is the support forum hopefully somebody from Katz will reply soon….
February 4, 2013 at 8:27 am #5306I have the same issue in sites where I use the plugin. Would like it if andrewb would provide link to description of how to change the code to point to some other location.
February 4, 2013 at 8:38 am #5307I am hoping that Monday is a workday and the path to the graphics can be updated. Otherwise there are instructions to host your own graphics in the documentation.
February 4, 2013 at 10:38 am #5308I found that the instructions given in the documentation didn’t work for me.
I took copies of the weather graphics direct from the Wunderland website. Uploaded them to a directory on my host.
I then updated one line in the plugin code to point at my domain rather than ..
If there’s no response from Katz soon I’m happy to provide more detailed help if needed.
It’d be better if Katz can fix it though.
February 4, 2013 at 11:31 am #5309Hey, thanks. I agree that it would be better if Katz fixed. Downloading all the images sounds like a lot of work.
February 4, 2013 at 12:28 pm #5310There’s only a few images.
Whole thing took me 10 minutes once I’d found where to amend the code.
Let’s hope it’s officially fixed soon.
Mine’s now working fine so self-hosting the images works fine.
February 5, 2013 at 8:20 am #5311I have a few sites using the plug in, & all the sites are not showing the graphics, is one of his servers down?
February 5, 2013 at 10:37 am #5312andrewb. If we don’t hear soon from the Katz support by February 6, I’d be really grateful if you could post your fix. I am kicking myself I didn’t upload the images when I installed the plugin
I’m getting horrible code on Firefox whereas on Safari its just a placeholder error image showing up. -
