How do i use the directory across different pages

Hi there.
I would like to make a directory as follows:
Photographers
- Province 1 (displaying an image, text, email, link)
- Province 2 (displaying an image, text, email, link)
- etc

Designers
- Province 1 (displaying an image, text, email, link)
- Province 2 (displaying an image, text, email, link)
- etc

But these need to be displayed on different pages (Photographers, designers, etc).
Do i create a new form for each category (e.g. Photographers)
Or is there a better way – is this even possible with the Gravity Forms Directory & Addons plugin?

At the moment, that would work better by creating two different forms.
