I can't get the multi select field to work

I can’t get the multi select field to work. No data is showing in the salesforce custom field. I keep trying different variations for the field called “Recruiting Platform”. Entering Recruiting_Platform in the Admin Label doesn’t work. Entering Recruiting_Platform_c in the Parameter name after checking “Allow field to be populated dynamically” doesn’t work. Both together don’t work. Also I’ve tried all lower case.

Please let me know how to enter the values in the advanced tab for the data to appear.

I have also tried every iteration possible and cannot get multi-selects to work either. I have gotten a checkbox array to sort-of work, but that’s not the issue. The issue is that my client wants to use the more elegant Multi-select.
