iContact Add-On not pulling in form fields- frozen

Hi I just got this all set up and it integrated fine with my iContact API but when I get to the point of having it pull in my form fields all I get is the spinning icon and nothing happens. After reading the forum I thought it could be a firefox error, so I’ve tried in google chrome, safari, and firefox all have the same issues. What do I need to do?

I’ve had that same exact problem for months as have many others. It’s been posted in the support forum over and over yet nothing has happened to fix it. The threads that are marked “resolved” are ones where people posted their resolution is to cancel their icontact accounts and move elsewhere. This is annoying enough that I am very tempted to do that but moving a list of 3K people is a PITA since everyone wants to you to get another opt in from all of your subscribers. Of course that may be a better option than not having this plug in work and do what it supposed to! The mail chimp plug in works perfectly.

I get the spinning wheel of death when I go to create a iContact form, please advise what to do. I just paid for and download Gravity Forms and now I can’t get this widget to work.

Is there a work around, I need to make money!!
