    Hi,
    I see a lot of questions, but very little response from Mr. Katz:

    Has anyone donated to the author of this plugin and seen better response in private?

    I would love to donate because the concept of this plugin is awesome, but not if I can’t use this plugin due to lack of support.

    I just got here, first time and I see the same thing you do. This is a bit scary since we already have it installed and thought it was working but now found a problem.
