    I have a developer license of Gravity forms and use Salesforce plugin to integrate the leads into my CRM. However, the Salesforce plugin is not giving me a checkbox to activate saleforce integration on my forms. There is no checkbox at all. Has anyone had this problem? Any help would be appreciated, I am at a loss. This is how I track my clients ROI…

    In the main Gravity Forms settings, make sure “No-Conflict Mode” is set to “Off”.
