    Hi.  For some reason, my form won’t take entries from one person right now, even when I do the data entry from my computer.  It seems to take mine with dummy info but not hers.

    It might be that the person has unsubscribed from your list.

    No.  She tried it twice and I did once from my computer with her info.  No go.  I tried dummy info from my computer — fine.  She is trying to get ON my list, not unsubscribe.
